The event will be co-hosted by the Innovation group vice chairs, Brian Hayes MEP and Eva Kaili MEP.

The focus of the roundtable is twofold:

1.  To discuss the challenges presented by the development and use of AI systems (AI bias, explainability and other ethical implications);
2.  To explore AI’s positive impact on industries, with a particular focus on the adoption and applicability of AI to financial services;

The Innovation Group operates an open forum in which participants are free to intervene at any time without the need for a formal interventions. Ashley Fox MEP will be moderating the discussion and will look to bring in as many contributions as possible.
